Your negotiators met with the company on the 26th January 2017 to have further discussions on the 2016 pay anniversary, and we can confirm that an improved percentage and minimum payment for our lower grades was offered.
This offer is now being considered by your negotiators, after which a full report on this offer will be sent to our union by our Regional Organiser which will be placed before the National Executive for consideration.
It would be unfair to announce the revised offer at this point since we agreed to wait for the official announcement through the joint communication, which will be released within the next few days; however this offer is now closer to our aspirations as an all-grades trade union.
